Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the hands, feet and ears that correspond to every part, gland and organ in the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes, Reflexology relaxes tension, improves circulation and promotes the natural function of the body.
This two-day training is a reflexology technique course. It may be taken for personal interest, continuing education or professional certification purposes.

Personal Interest – People attending this two-day course for personal interest have only class attendance requirements placed on them. Homework is optional. And, there are no exams, review or case study components.
Continuing Education – People attending this course for continuing education credits have attendance, homework and a basic written quiz requirements.
Professional Certification – People attending this course who wish to continue on for a professional certification must have attendance in this training plus an online CORE Reflexology course for extended training in Reflexology, homework, exams, a review and case study requirements. This can be discussed with your facilitator if interested.

In 2016 Danielle received an award from the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) for her contribution to the furtherance of Reflexology and in May, 2017, she received an Honourary Membership award from RAC. Danielle is also the founder of the Wholistic Life & Wellness Coach Training program at ITM.
