Creating and holding a safe space for Men to show up and explore modern day issues around workplace, society, culture, relationships and fatherhood, as well as themes that arise in group.
Reclaiming and rebirthing true masculinity, that embraces the feminine, supporting each other in obtaining our highest potential as evolved men, in ways that benefit ourselves and others.
Each month, sessions will involve more than talk, we will experience breath work, vocalization/toning, and end the evening with a short sound bath.
Philip Jacobs combines his love of music with his training in Integrative Health, Eastern Medicine, Mindfulness & Contemplative Psychotherapy and Relational Psychosomatic Therapy to create a safe space and environment for clients to attain and sustain their mind and body connection.
Philip has practices at the Health Hub @ITM, working primarily with Trauma, Addictions and Mental Health.
Philip also teaches at the Institute of Traditional Medicine in the Eastern Medicine and Sound Therapy Certificate programs.
Eric Gold is an artist, songwriter and filmmaker.
For the past 25 years Eric has worked as a film editor on hundreds of shows that have been seen by millions of people around the world.
In his artwork he explores the concept of shared consciousness through a series of paintings inspired by the famous 100th monkey theory. He also leads community paintings involving hundreds of people painting together to create portraits.
Eric has practiced Kundalini yoga for more than a decade and is studying Sound Therapy at Institute of Traditional Medicine.
