Mindful Mama Birthing Classes

This is not your typical prenatal class.

Facilitators guide mamas-to-be through a series of practical, effective and mindfulness techniques and tools to first, allow the mamas to stay present during one of the most sacred and meaningful times in their lives, then to create a strong mind and balanced body to move naturally through this stage in life.

Its a woman's soulful group dedicated to providing you with the basics of prenatal classes, including breath work, nutrition basics, movement exercises, breastfeeding, post-partum, pain relief guidance, resources...all within a mindful-community based approach.
