Krystin Natosia Smith is dedicated to helping her patients better themselves, by teaching them how to optimizentheir physiological functionality and restore health and wellness.
As a Kinesiologist and Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she strives to integrate the latest in biomedical knowledge and research, with holistic medical methods, while maintaining a strong focus on the mind-body-spirit connection.
Krystin graduated from the University of Windsor with an honours Bachelor degree in Human Kinetics. She received her designation as Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, at the Institute of Traditional Medicine, in Toronto, where she is now a Teacher and Clinical Supervisor.
Krystin focuses her practice in the areas of Pain and Stress Management, Neurological Rehabilitation, as well as Gynecological Health. She works with and has developed specific treatment protocols for professional and amateur Athletes, as well as First Responders.
She has also received specialist training, in Lake Atitlan Guatemala, where she strengthened her knowledge of Community-based Acupuncture.
Krystin takes an eclectic approach to healing by utilizing integrative nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine (including acupuncture, herbal medicine, tuina massage & Eastern bodywork techniques), as well as lifestyle counseling.
Trained as a general care TCM Practitioner, she treats a variety of acute and chronic conditions including musculo-skeletal injury, pain and stress management, gastrointestinal disturbances, immune and adrenal suppression, women’s health concerns, fertility and pregnancy support.
