Constantine fuses years of study in contemplative eastern philosophy and martial arts into his practice. With over a decade of intensive training in martial arts such as Aikido, Goju-Ryu, and predominantly Muay Thai where he instructed as well as competed. His time spent in retreat in the monastic settings of Mahayana Buddhism and Soto Zen Buddhism compliment this practice, and bring forward a view of contemporary asceticism – a view closely paralleled in Traditional Chinese Medicine (which is inherently Taoist). He spent years combining these mindfulness-oriented philosophies in his own ascetic practice, both formally and informally, creating a system to address wellness in it’s fullness much like Traditional Chinese Medicine.
